• Overlooking a team of 6 technicians across three cities handling a total of 19 medical gas plants adhering to the HTM 02-01 standard. ensuring maximum reliability of medical gas equipment and un-interrupted supply to the end-user.
• Supervise daily, weekly, monthly and yearly inspections as per approved checklists and monitor equipment efficiencies on daily basis to look for any abnormal operation avoiding future breakdowns and plan predictive maintenance if the need be.

• Plan and conduct purity tests according the HTM standards on the entire medical gas network as per the end user requirements and submit report mentioning the current status of the system.
• Making sure enough inventory of medical gas cylinders is available at hand to provide uninterrupted supply to the end-users and replenish the stock based on consumption patterns and forecasts.
• Attending emergency breakdown calls from end users and ensuring the issue is resolved at the earliest reducing downtime for end-users
• Co-ordinating with equipment manufacturers in certain scenarios wherein additional technical documentation or programming of equipment maybe required.
• Maintaining record of all schematics, wiring diagram and other technical documentation of equipment as provided by the manufacturer for reference during troubleshooting.
• Prepare forecast reports for spare parts required in Annual PPM and critical spare parts to maintain inventory.
• Preparing incident reports, accomplishment reports, snag lists and maintain an updated database of all tracking reports.

Worked with world-renowned brands of screw & piston compressors such as ATLAS COPCO, SULLAIR, ALMIG, BOGE covering all the models of their equipment ranging from 15KW - 250 KW, along with different types of air-drying and air filtration equipment from SULLAIR & DONALDSON like refrigerant dryers & adsorption/desiccant dryers etc. including power generators by precision industries using CUMMINS & PERKINS engine assemblies ranging from 100 KVA upto 900 KVA.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform PDI for new equipment to verify the operating condition before dispatching.
• Designing compressor room layouts as per manufacturer installation guidelines.
• Perform startup & commissioning procedures for new equipment at customer site.
• Perform sequencing operations for more than one compressor to work in sync and enable remote monitoring/controlling features as per customer requirements.
• Conduct training for the operation & maintenance teams to familiarize with daily maintenance activities and operation.
• Schedule & attend breakdown calls based on priority.
• Dismantle/assemble complete compressors as required for repair/overhauling procedures.
• Analyse faults on customer sites and resolve the same in minimum time to reduce machine downtime.
• Pay attention to details during work while applying best work practices.
• Conduct compressed air audit using latest certified testing probes & sensors to determine the air quality based on various parameters like Moisture content, oil vapour content, dew point etc.
• Maintain equipment uptime and reliability by updating and reprogramming HMI controllers with the latest firmwares.
• Install Air filtration systems as per customer air quality requirements.
• Plan preventive maintenance schedules for all customers and encourage the customers to register in AMC.
• Plan inventory of fast- moving spare parts to maintain enough stock to ensure smooth operations.
• Analyse customers requirements in comparison to the existing equipment and propose better
solution/upgrade in their system to improve efficiency and reduce losses.
• Prepare quotations as per the enquiries received from the customers.
• Follow-up with customers for PO and payments and make sure parts & services are delivered in shortest possible time.
• Managing daily operations independently in the specified region with customer centric approach and make sure jobs are scheduled as per priority.
• Make routine visits to customers to gain confidence by making inspections and suggesting any repairs under the predictive maintenance procedures.

Job Responsibilities:

• Identifying new prospects based on different approaches and understanding their needs first
• Enquiring about the various difficulties/bottlenecks faced in their packaging operation.
• Preparing a detailed Price value analysis comparing their current costs of packaging operation and the proposed Sealed Air packaging solution.
• Selecting and recommending a particular solution from the product range, which gives the maximum benefit to the potential customer in terms of productive efficiency & cost saving based on the PVA done.
• Conducting trials of the solutions on site to let the potential customer understand the equipment clearly and get a visual idea of the improvement that can be achieved.
• Preparing quotations, invoices and following up till the delivery of the material to the customer
• Independently installing & commissioning of the equipment (both electrically and mechanically) at the site along operator training as per manufacturers guidelines.

• Co-ordinate with technical team at the manufacturing facility via mails,
difficulty while dealing with complex issues.
• Always maintain a small amount of frequently used spares/consumables in the toolbox to avoid delays in attending breakdown calls.
• Working with strict safety measures like LOTO to ensure accident free work.
• Expert in reading, interpreting and working with the mechanical and electrical diagrams for troubleshooting purposes
• Strong technical expertise over troubleshooting of electronic components of the equipment.
• Maintain a detailed service record with the customer with reports for every visit.
• Plan Periodic Preventive Maintenance activities on the equipment and following it strictly while maintaining the records.
• Maintaining inventory of the spare parts and ordering the required parts from the manufacturers.
• Drafting maintenance contracts and selling the same to customers to generate after sales revenue.
• Regular follow-ups to the existing customers regarding any new projects or upgrading the existing equipment.

Worked with world-renowned brands of screw compressors such as ATLAS COPCO, COMPAIR, GARDNER DENVER, BOTTARINI covering all the models of their equipment ranging from 9HP - 335 HP screw compressors, along with different types of air-drying equipment like the refrigerant dryers& adsorption/desiccant dryers etc. working with all variants of rotary vacuum pumps and blowersfrom BECKER.

Job Responsibilities:

• Pro- actively involved in pre-sales design & calculations for machine selection as per the User Requirement Specification (URS)
• Designing of the pneumatic network considering the user requirements and selection of pipe fittings and specific valves best suited in the network.
• Receiving the equipment from the manufacturer and inspecting it.
• Survey the installation site to confirm prerequisites for equipment installation as per
manufacturers guidelines and preparing the BOQ for the installation of the equipment.
• Supervising the Installation of the equipment and make sure it complies with the standard norms and inspecting the same for preparing the installation qualification (IQ).
• Performing the pre-commissioning checks of the equipment and commissioning the equipment as per the manufacturers guidelines then preparing the operational qualification (OQ).
• Testing the equipment efficiency to prepare the performance qualification (PQ).
• Training the concerned operators regarding the basic operations of the equipment and instructing about the general routine maintenance activities of the equipment.
• Setting up central PLC based control modules for controlling and monitoring of a network of machines at a given site.
• Configuring the communication ports in the central controller and testing to ensure proper communication is established within the network of equipment.
• Calibrating the required sensors to ensure accurate feedback is provided to the central controller.
• Preparing customized Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) or Comprehensive Maintenance Contract (CMC) to suit the customers needs and accordingly prepare the preventive maintenance schedule along with maintaining the required inventory to meet the demands.
• Negotiate and win the maintenance contracts/service agreements with the customer by providing the detailed presentation on the benefits of having the contracts/agreements with the authorized personnel.
• Following up with the customer on a timely basis to ensure trouble free operation of the equipment and hence develop trust-worthy relations in order to secure future business prospects with the customer.
• Preparing quotations for spare parts and consumables for customers and ordering the same from the manufacturer if need be.
• Making warranty claims with the manufacturer in case of repairs done for any equipment within the warranty period after thoroughly inspecting the faults and reporting the same to the manufacturer.
• Managing the spare parts and consumables inventory.
• Catering to the varied demands of the clients by providing break down maintenance/assistance (if any) at the earliest, to minimize the possible downtime.
• In special cases involving pharmaceutical, food & beverage industries, conduct specific tests to determine the quality of the compressed air by sampling for specific parameters such as moisture content, oil content, particle content etc in co-ordination with an ISO certified American laboratory.

Job Responsibilities:

• Experience in maintenance and operations of MAN ROLAND Web Fed offset printing equipment (CROMOMAN 70), with FERAG post press equipment for conveying systems.
• Preparing monthly preventive maintenance schedules and carrying them out in timely manner.
• Interact with the equipment operators regarding their problems with the equipment.
• Inspect the equipment for general causes of the fault.
• Analyzing & getting to the root of the problem based on the schematic drawings of theequipment.
• Solving and fixing of the cause of problem in the equipment.
