1- Working with equipment from Beacon Medaes, Busch, Atlas Copco

2- Overlooking a team of 6 technicians across three cities handling a total of 19 medical gas plants adhering to the HTM 02-01 standard. ensuring maximum reliability of medical gas equipment and un-interrupted supply to the end-user.

3- Supervise daily, weekly, monthly and yearly inspections as per approved checklists and monitor equipment efficiencies on daily basis to look for any abnormal operation avoiding future breakdowns and plan predictive maintenance if the need be.

4- Perform Condition Monitoring using vibration analysis, thermography etc. to ensure reliability of equipment by planning predictive and reactive maintenance whenever required.

5-- Logging daily, weekly and monthly activities and reporting the same to the concerned departments.

6- Conduct regular meetings with the team to get feedback on daily & weekly tasks and ensure their jobs are carried out as per protocol and provide technical support wherever necessary.

7- Making sure enough inventory of medical gas cylinders is available at hand to provide uninterrupted supply to the end-users and replenish the stock based on consumption patterns and forecasts.

8- Attending emergency breakdown calls from end users and ensuring the issue is resolved at the earliest reducing downtime for end-users and

9- Co-ordinating with equipment manufacturers in certain scenarios wherein additional technical documentation or programming of equipment maybe required.

10- Prepare forecast reports for spare parts required in Annual PPM and critical spare parts to maintain inventory.

11- Preparing incident reports, accomplishment reports, snag lists and maintain an updated database of all tracking reports.

Senior Field Service & Aftermarket Engineer

Working with world-renowned brands of screw & piston compressors such as SULLAIR, ALMIG, BOGE, ABC covering all the models of their equipment ranging from 15KW - 250 KW, along with different types of air-drying and air filtration equipment from SULLAIR & DONALDSON like refrigerant dryers & adsorption/desiccant dryers etc. working with nitrogen generation systems from INMATEC along with Pressure Boosters from ALMIG/BOGE (upto 40 bar). Have been working with Dust Collecting equipment from DONALDSON as well.

Job Responsibilities:
Designing compressor room layouts as per manufacturer installation guidelines considering all applicable codes and standards.

1- Selecting equipment based on customer load calculations and designing the compressed air network to achieve maximum possible efficiency by minimizing all possible losses.

2- Provide engineering support to end user in solving any technical difficulties during installation.

3- Perform PDI and tests for new equipment to verify the operating condition before dispatching.

4- Perform startup & commissioning procedures for new equipment at customer site.

5- Perform sequencing operations for more than one compressor to work in sync and enable remote monitoring/controlling features as per customer requirements.

6- Conduct training for the operation & maintenance teams to familiarize with daily maintenance activities and operation.

7- Schedule & attend breakdown calls based on priority.

8- Dismantle/assemble complete compressors as required for repair/overhauling procedures.

9- Analyse faults on customer sites and resolve the same in minimum time to reduce machine downtime.

10- Pay attention to details during work while applying best work practices.

11- Conduct compressed air audit using latest certified testing vibration analysers & hygrometers to determine the air quality based on various parameters like Moisture content, oil vapour content, dew point etc.

12- Select & install Air filtration systems as per customer air quality requirements.

13- Plan preventive maintenance schedules for all customers and encourage the customers to register in AMC.

14- Plan inventory of fast moving spare parts to maintain enough stock to ensure smooth operations.

15- Analyse customers’ requirements in comparison to the existing equipment and propose better solution/upgrade in their system to improve efficiency and reduce losses.

16- Prepare quotations as per the enquiries received from the customers.

17- Follow-up with customers for PO and payments and make sure parts & services are delivered in shortest possible time.

18- Managing daily operations independently in the specified region with customer centric approach and make sure jobs are scheduled as per priority.

19- Make routine visits to customers to gain confidence by making inspections and suggesting any repairs under the predictive maintenance procedures.
