● Essential Functions:

• Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs):
- Strategic, tactical and operational quality planning.
- Design and implement quality system to support the core activities and check that all working is according to written procedures.
- Maintain document assurance and control systems and make Validation of New and Existing Methods.
- Upgrade SOPs as per Egyptian and International standards and identify the needs of new standards or update ones.
- Plan, control and manage quality control and assurance operations in addition to lab activities (Microbiology and Chemistry sections), Sampling Plan, and Packing Integrity in the plant and of all finished products to ensure their matching with the established standards.
- Ensure that all Quality and Lab SOPs are up to date, implemented and followed. As well, Provide methodologies and results to validate the processes, and Ensure Regular Calibration of all quality measuring equipments.
- Troubleshooting of daily production deviations and ensure that all in process control and standard operating policies are implemented and followed in the processing, filling, warehouse and loading areas.

• ISO and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) compliance:
- Develop, implement and maintain the company’s quality assurance system according to ISO 22000 & ISO 9001, HACCP and Good Manufacturing Practices requirements.
- Manage internal audits, third party audits and action plans.
- Control processes of production, manage deviations and trend analysis of all activities and incidents.
- Prepare the activities to maximize production in reference to quality standards.
- Preparation of monthly report for all of the departments in quality assurance & control and production to ensure ISO and GMP compliance.
- Implement ongoing quality improvement processes working with all of the departments and ensure delivery as per departmental goals and objectives, i.e. Meeting commitments and coordinating overall quality assurance system.
- Initiate and sustain daily quality meeting and management review meeting.
- Directly supervises quality team including the preparation and delivery of staff performance evaluations and career development activities.

• Materials:
- Check requirement to supply chain as per production plan and manage the quality related issues.
- Proceed for the suppliers evaluation procedure and approve the supplier.
- Set and approve the specifications of all materials and products to be used or manufactured.
- Release or reject all incoming materials and finished products
- Check inventory level as per requirements.

• Safety:
- Ensure safe working conditions by implementing safety practices and taking precautionary measures against hazards and accidents.
- Check and review maintenance situation in accordance with maintenance orders and action plans.
- Rodent & Insect control.

• Customer Complaints:
- Investigate and adjust Customer complaints (SAP-CRM), Examine Root causes of the Problems, and Achieve corrective actions for solving them to avoid reoccurance and increase Customer satisfaction.
- Handle Customer queries and suggestions and make comprehensive report of findings in order to study them and meet their expectations to assure we are on the right track.

• Training:
- Develop capability of quality team; highlight relevant quality-related training needs; ensure that required initial and continuing training of quality personnel as well as others is carried out and adapted according to need.

• New Product Development:
