• Demand planning & coordination for all products including Red bull, Kitco and Nestle waters Etc.
• Liaise and negotiate with suppliers and manufacturers to reduce product cost.
• Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.
• Arranging Import documents & coordinating with different Government’s departments (ESMA, Dubai & Ajman municipalities, FTA etc.) to clear shipment from Ajman and Dubai Ports.
• Using SAP system for tracking all stock related transaction.
• Monitor and improve the Health, Safety & Environment compliance with local legislations, regulations, and company policy. Keep the warehouse as per ISO 9001-2015 and HACCP standards requirements.
• Oversee all the products quality inspection according to UAE standards and coordinate with different municipalities (Dubai, Ajman and AUH), for online registrations systems (FIRS, ZAD and Ajman online system) with good knowledge of UAE food safety standards.
• Dealing with Government Departments like municipalities in case of any visit or complaint from market
• Prepare the items for municipality inspection and follow up with inspectors to check the received goods, and prepare the required documents, samples, health certificates, packing list… etc.
