Supervising various municipal projects in the Riyadh region for 47 municipalities (buildings - humanization - roads).

Consulting Site Engineers, Project/Construction managers, Vendors, sub-contractor Engineering Companies and Construction Contractors; and approve as per the delegation of authority assignments.
Review various method statements, shop drawings during construction phase and submit for approval.
Participate as key member to oversee the Contractual Work Change Requests and Variations to Contract from inception to approval, including reviews of scopes and specifications, legal and cost evaluation.
