Lead warehouse operations such as inbound, inventory management, outbound and returns
* Prepare and send daily/monthly stock reports to sales channels and managers
* Handle a team of 5 to process orders from various sales channels of the client
* Ensure that Delivery note, Airway bill and labels for orders are made.
* Ensure that QC check is done before orders are handed over to dispatch.
* Coordinate with sales channels for requisition of stocks
* Prepare and send daily KPI reports to the team leader
* Check emails from sales channels and client managers and take appropriate actions
* Supervise, coach and handle the team
* Ensure that the team is adhering to safety guidelines of the company
* Ensure that work area is organized and clean for internal and external audits
* Make sure that all goods are stored as per the respective sub inventories
* Report slow moving and obsolete inventory monthly.
* Make sure available stock is picked and no orders with stocks appear in OOS report
* Ensure checking and verification of pieces, boxes, pallets against the packing list
* Assist inventory controller in performing warehouse perpetual/cyclical stock counts
* Perform investigation on inventory discrepancies - physical and system
* Working experience on Aramex WMS, Hybris, Wincash, Sharepoint, ERP
* Confidence in coordinating with multi-cultural warehouse employees
