Contract Value: 68 million.
Description: Two residential buildings apartments, (2B+G+8 Floors) including 72 apartments (1BR&2BR) in Al Reem Island (PLOT C8&C9).

3. Abu Samra Fire Strategy and Fire Hydrant Development (Oct 2015 - Feb 2016)
Client: Al Ain Food and Beverages (AGTHIA).
Consultant: Hamburg Consulting Engineers.
Contract Value: 10 Million.
Description: Project consists of fire water tank, pump room and fire hydrant network of abu samra factory.

4. Zahera Mohammed Khamis Al Khaili Commercial Building (Sep 2014 - Oct 2016)
Client: ADCE Abu Dhabi Commercial Engineering.
Consultant: Link Consulting Engineers.
Contract Value: 23 million AED.
Description: Residential Building in Al Ain consists of (1B+G+2), 24 flats (2BR+3BR).

5. Ruwaya Ali Abdu Allah Commercial Building (Jan 2014 - Sep 2015)
Client: ADCE Abu Dhabi Commercial Engineering.
Consultant: Scope Consulting Engineers.
Contract Value: 8 million AED.
Description: Residential Building in Al Ain consists of B+G+1, 4 flats (1BR + 2BR)

Responsibilities and duties included as a Project Engineer:
1. Responsible for daily construction activities, and daily manpower allocation plans.
2. Coordinating with Project Manager, Construction Manager, Consultant, subcontractors and all concerned departments etc. Using all approved drawings and materials.
3. Responsible for checking the method statements in consultation with project Manager and same should be approved by Consultant for execution of work.
4. Supervise the activities of the Site Engineer/ General Foreman and assist them to perform effectively, monitor the construction work and insure compliance with safety standards.
5. Responsible for collecting NOC’s from different Government Department/s to get the building permit & other required approvals.
6. Responsible for implementation to carry out the specified inspection in accordance with relevant Inspection & Test Plans.
7. Responsible for executing the work in accordance with:
a. Shop drawings and specifications.
b. Target & construction program.
c. Method Statements.
8. Assist with the technical issues of the technical team as instructed and directed by the Project manager.
9. Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities and resolving problems.
10. Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions.
11. Schedule preparation, pre-planning and resource forecasting for activities relating to the project to avoid and recover any delays.
12. Tracking of material engineering submittals (Material, shop DWGs, calculations…), Taking-Off and ordering of materials required.
