Responsibility: -
 Responsible for maintaining of more than 2600 units including Offices, Shops, Labour Camps, Flats and Villas Including All kind of Maintenance Civil, Electrical, Plumping, Fire Alarm, Firefighting and Air Conduction and HVAC.
 Responsible for scheduling and monitoring of annual maintenance and preventing maintenance.
 Responsible for supervision of call centre, security and cleaning.
 Responsible for preparing technical analysing of quotations and contracts.
 Responsible for supervision of subcontractors when needed.
 Responsible of insuring with materials quality.
 Follow up with client requirements and complains.
 Responsible for installation, and documentation to ensure compliance with specifications and requirements.
 Responsible for supervision of ongoing constructions projects.
 Running quality checks to insure safety.
