Responsible for running a 26000 square feet MAX retail outlet and making sure that store achieves and exceeds it’s set retail sales and profitability targets.
Duties:
Walking around the shop floor to ensure visual standards are being met.
Setting goals for the retail sales teams.
Providing outstanding customer service.
Supervising stock control.
Handling, dealing with and storing takings.
Reviewing the sales performance of the store and staff for the previous day and week.
Liaising with the company Human Resources department in the recruitment of employees.
Ensuring that stock levels are constantly maintained and that there are no shortages.
Ensuring accurate trading and statistical records are kept.
Carrying out staff appraisals and performance reviews.
Making sure clothes are correctly priced up and that pricing procedures are followed.
Collecting and analyzing sales figures.
When theft is suspected organizing the searching of staff or customers.
Dealing professionally and courteously with all customer complaints or queries.
Arranging for the testing of fire drills and emergency evacuation procedures.
Checking all retail stock deliveries.
Making sure that all cash and stock handling procedures are followed in line with audit and security requirements.
Organizing and chairing meeting with senior manager and key staff.
Meeting with the City Manager & ROM to update them on performance.
Attainments:-
Currently handling No# 1 Max Store in the Western Region and #2 across KSA with YTD average sale of 139, 000.
Received Store Manager Empowerment Award During March 2015 & May 2015.
Successfully completed Lead Fundamental Certificate Program.
Recently achieved Highest One Day Sales of SAR 476, 151 in the region.
Shown 60% conversion during 2015-16 on Loyalty Card.
Job Responsibilities:
• Handling 6 stores in Chennai.

Here I was involved with all activities related to Trade Exhibitions & Consumers Fairs, handling clientele for Dubai & Northern Emirates (Sharjah, Ajman & Umm AL Quwain).
Work Profile -
1. Handling a team of 5 members.
2. Reporting directly to Project Managers & General Manger - Fujairah Exhibition Centre.
3. Taking briefs from Clients and Project Managers respectively with regards to their portfolio & presentations at the Exhibition hall.
4. Formulation of Exhibition metrics with respect to advertising for clientele.
5. Coordinating with clients in respect to Pre-exhibition requirements - Brochures, Flyers, Exhibitor Catalogues, Banners, Bill boards etc.
6. Liaison and supervision of Exhibitors & Organizers to insure effective implementation of job in hand.
7. Also recruit part time staffs for the Exhibitors during the events.
My experience deals with in store sales & stock keeping. An absolutely challenging job involving monthly targets that runs along with the best in customer service.
