1 Oversee the update of the bill of materials for each Model in the share network system
2 Reviewing the suppliers whom are going to manufacture the raw materials and alert the sourcing team in case any of those suppliers had got any problem with us in the past
3 Provide Confirmation to the production manager about the best time he can start his production in light of the availability of the raw material and the inspection situation
4 Stock Control for leftover Fabric & Trims enable to avoid double buying of any existed materials, efficiently re-use the leftover raw, recycling the Obsolete raw, alerting the merchandising team about the consumption accuracy rate through the returns from the productions lines
5 Supervise the overall inspection processes for the fabrics and Trims
6 Prepare reports about the quality status of the raw materials and provide guidelines to the cutting / production team for the best way to avoid defects upon production for the allowable defect percentage we can accept
7 Supervise the overall periodic inventory processes,
8 Drastically participate in the claiming processes upon receiving non-conforming goods besides following up with the suppliers till get the replenishment, replacement or even money compensation
9 Supervise the materials issuing processes to the production lines in order to ensure the raw material is being issued according to accurate consumption
10 Help the merchandising team to order the basic items which are used mostly in most of our production to utilize the best qty discount
