* Handling10 facilities for maintenance of (HVAC, Electrical,
firefighting, Civil Works, and new projects)
* Holding job orders promptly for the installation, repairs, and
maintenance of all operating equipment as raised by the
respective Department.
* Compiling Monthly management reports.
* Coordinating the routine preventive maintenance of all
Critical Equipment.
* Managing electromechanical equipment service.
* Respond to emergency calls for maintenance and repairs.
* Diagnose and troubleshoot issues rectifying with Supplier and
internal team.
*Work with and maintain relationships with contracted vendors
* Complete work order requests in a timely manner.
* Installation activities & Yearly audits preparation.
* Checking material availability schedule, monitoring,
receiving, and issuance.
* Updating Equipment’s receiving, inspection and handover
reports.
* Perform other duties as assigned

* All Specifications, Construction Drawings, HVAC Plant, Medical
Equipment, Safety, and Quality Plans.
* Preventive Maintenance for Medical gas, ASM panels, and
Pneumatic tube System.
* Installation activities.
* Coordinating with superiors regarding service of the
equipment.
* Preparing reports and submitting them to clients.
* Checking material availability schedule, monitoring,
receiving, and issuance.
* Updating Equipment’s receiving, inspection and
handover reports.
