Supporting End users in configuring and connecting the Cloudtop/Ubiquity instances form their base machines.
Troubleshooting Secure Shell, Chrome Remote Desktop, Machine Certificates and other internal tools.
Supporting to different platforms such as (Windows, Linux, ChromeOS, MAC and Mobiles like Android and IOS)
Troubleshooting access related issues related to user’s account or access to internal google tools.
Remotely supporting printer issues, Managing & maintaining an Active Directory.
Good knowledge in understanding, diagnosing and troubleshooting System/Network issues.
Managing & maintaining DNS & DHCP, Creation and managing of User accounts.
Installing, Configuring and scheduling the Deployment of software via SCCM201.
Troubleshooting MAC issues via command line and also application issues and also troubleshooting all the software applications issues from Managed Software Center
Troubleshooting all issues regarding system crashes and system performance.
Experience in checking and troubleshooting Windows Laptops and Desktops and also software applications issues from Software Center
Project : MST (Managed Services and Transport), STC's Network Maintenance.
Identifying, diagnosing, checking the Configurations of Cisco, Juniper, Routers and Switches, Firewalls and Security, and also Transmission Nodes of Alcatel Lucent, Ericson, Huawei and Nokia Siemens and resolving network problems in NOC.
To Trouble-shoot the issues related to Telecom & Network in the Exchanges.
To attend L1 and L2 issues and resolve the Trouble Tickets occurring in the network and to interact with the customers, manage them and satisfy them.
To inspect the newly installed Routers and Switches and accept it accordingly.
To maintain the Network Infrastructure and to Monitor RTTS Tool.
To perform PMRs, CMRs, PATs of the Systems.
To attend the MDTs (Maintenance Down Time) &
rectify it accordingly.
To maintain and inspect the Fiber and Copper Networks.
To follow up with field Team and make sure about SLAs, KPIs, maintaining work logs, Reporting and escalating to superiors.
Operations (Network Maintenance)
To visit the customers place and attend the complaints about the network if there is any problem occurring regarding the network related issues and to interact with the customers and satisfy them.
Installation & Maintenance of ISP & OSP Cables, Splicing and OTDR testing
To control the entire network and maintain the record about it and escalate/report it to the In-charge and other superiors regarding any issues.
To maintain the Network Infrastructure.
Working as a responsible Engineer for maintenance of whole network devices.
Troubleshooting LAN & WAN issues.
Identifying, diagnosing, and resolving network problems.
