Installation of Substations, Distribution Feeder Pillars, Circuit Breakers, Switch Gears, Distribution Panels, Kilo Watt Hour Meter boxes for low voltages and indoor for buildings, Industrial, Explosion, Non - explosion, and outdoor installation, infrastructure works, light pole installation and testing, LCP’s, cable laying, termination, testing, Preparing Operational and Control Manuals, procuring material and end user handing over.
• MEP execution with construction including Decorative, Industrial and Explosion type of designs.
• Monitored and implemented of QMS Procedures, PQP, ITP, Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Annual Project Progress Activity reports, Project Quality plans, Operation and Control plans, Tender, IFC and As-Built Drawings, Log Maintenance, Sub Contractors follow ups, Variation orders, Take off & method statements and reporting deviations from management system / contractual requirements of the projects.
•Verified that all necessary inspections and tests, as required of the project and statutory regulations, are carried out and appropriate records are updated and maintained.
•Coordinated quality activities with subcontractors and any other individual parties who may be working on the same site.

Technical Responsibilities:
• Coordinated with clients / third party, in accordance with approved ITP, for agreed witness inspections & tests.
• Ensured close-out of all snags / punch-points within the time frame agreed with the client.
• Reviewed and performed material receiving inspection as per company and client requirements, applicable standards/ Specifications etc.

• Prepare Electrical Bill of Material (BOM) for all projects through ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning Software), products and estimated costing for upcoming projects.
• Coordinate with quality control for the qualification process for any new electrical component and laboratory test.
• Coordinate with IT department in providing feedback and formulas to prepare technical software.
• To check on-site Actuators and troubleshoot PLC programmed microprocessor and microcontrollers of Siemens, Belimo and Honey well. Selection and design of Actuators for Duct heater, VAV, Volume and Fire smoke dampers.
• To make selection of Electrical Heater wires through Markel Software.
• Preparing approvals and Certifications for AHRI and ASHRAE.
• Develop/Configure software for microprocessor controller for unitary & applied products.
• Support maintenance department with site visits and sample for higher quality items for cost reduction programs.
• Training for wiring shop technician for doing the dry test for the control panels for both sustain of the existing products as well as the new development.
