Roles and Responsibilities :-
1.Overseeing measurement of sight works from drawings and evaluating the subcontractor monthly interim payments.
2.Quantity Take off for each stage of design phase and compare with the tender design BOQ and find out the differences which leads to change order.
3.Periodic visit to site and record the progress on site.
4.Coordinating with material Packaging and Procurement departments and providing the requirements for purchase orders/subcontracts
5.Preparation of Re-measure BOQ for all the buildings at As- Built Drawings Stage.
6.Preparing documents for Interim Valuations and get certified from the Consultant every month.
7.Monitor, record and establish causes of waste above estimated allowances, reconcile External Hire (Equipment or Manpower) to ensure optimal use and causes of any low productivity
8.Provide accounts dept. with all necessary valuation documentation as required.
9.Working closely with Cost Control Department to monitor the cost against budget for the progress works
10.Preparing Change Requests and coordinating with the Consultant for its Approval.
11.Identifying Notifying Valuing and agreeing all changes to scope of work all cost associated
With Client Delays, all costs associated with Client caused Disruption
12.Subcontract management-Preparing & checking subcontracts, evaluating subcontractor Quotations/proposals and certifying subcontractor progress/final invoices.
13.Assisting in establishing a cost consultants requirement and undertaking feasibility studies
14.Coordination with Cost Consultants (ZUHAIR FAYEZ PARTNERSHIP) for quantities and Manpower related works.
15.Measure, review and submission of quantities for electrical systems such as power, Fire Alarm, Lighting, Earthing, BMS, structure cabling, CCTV, cable trays and raceways etc. Asper relevant method of measurements (MoM) produce weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for all the above items and submitting it to Cost Control Manager.
16.Measure, review and submission of quantities for Mechanical systems such as Drainage, water Supply.HVAC and Firefighting systems as per relevant method of measurements (MoM) reports for all the above items and submitting it to Cost Control Manager
17.Ensure Positive Cash flow.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1.Preparation of Initial budget proposals for the cost of the project.
2.Handling the measurement (Take off quantity) from the Tender drawings within the time schedule with accuracy using AUTO CAD
3.Preparation of the BOQ for the entire Electrical & Mechanical Works
4.Manages and approves work performed by outside contractors
5.Maintain a schedule of submissions for approvals, inspections, variations etc.
6.Preparation and summaries of all measured works.
7.Verification of Sub-Contractor Invoices and reporting to the Cost Control Manager for Approval/discrepancies if any
8.Recording and monitoring of all site activities and costs being expended
9.Analyze and compare quotations received at bid stage and clarifying exclusions/ qualifications within
10.Assisting & Preparation of necessary documents (Approved Drawings and Quotations etc.) to submit with variation cost BOQ.
11.Assisting & Preparation of Material Request for MEP items as per Shop Drawing Coordinate with Procurement Department.
12.Prepare Bills of Quantities.
13.Quantity Take off (Usually Manually & AutoCAD) for the purpose of daily progress activity.
14.Identifying the variation and negotiate with consultants.
15.Ability to interact with a variety of individuals including management, employees, and outside vendors/consultants
16.To assist in the review and settlement of any claims as may be raised by subcontractors
17.To formulate change orders to existing subcontractors for change in scope and or pricing.
18.To monitor the performance of awarded subcontracts, checking and agreeing the accuracy of the monthly payment applications during the life of the subcontract and at completion of the work
Roles and Responsibilities:
1.Taking quick Site decisions as per Site situations and Site requirements.
2.Preparation of Electrical Data Sheets.
3.Termination and Testing of Power Cables.
4.Shall perform construction management and related services such as work scheduling, Monitoring and Control.
5.Review all construction Contractor's design Submittals, construction drawings, Installation details.
6.To maintain quality control procedures for installation of the projects and to monitor all inspection functions.
7.Taking quick Site decisions as per Site situations and Site requirements.
8..To correspond and co-ordinate with Electrical Engineer of Consultant regarding approval of drawings and works. Installation, testing and commissioning of internal and external works of Electrical
9.Supervision and installation of low current systems Fire Alarm, CCTV, Data & Telephone, Public address, & BMS
10.Cable Installation (Power and Control Cables as per Drawing)
11.Cable Ladder Installation.
12.Having good knowledge on Installation of Circuit Breakers, Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS), Switchgears, and all Electrical Panel Boards.
13.Prepare punch listed items for all installed lay-outs prior for final approval and acceptance.
14.Prepare as-built drawings for all approved installed lay-outs.
15.Approved and disapproved of alI materials and equipment delivered at site in compliance with the requirements of the project.
16.Attend coordination meeting with the Consultants, Designer and other trade contractors.
17.Prepare MIR,
18.Material Submittal, Drawing Submittal, letters, reports and other forms of communication.
19.Prepare work schedule together with staff distribution in-phase with construction group.
Roles & Responsibilities :-
1.Installation and Supervision of all Type of Electrical Work i.e. L.V, M.V Voltage and Low Current system Including Installation of Electrical Cables, Data cables, Fire Alarm System, Security System, BMS System and Electrical Equipment’s According to Modern Engineering Rules and Architecture
2.Supervision & Installation of Electrical Work as per NEC, NEIS, NFPA.
3.Responsible for electrical drawings, specifications, calculations, charts and graphs.
4.Checking of Electrical installations meet the Project specification and requirements
5.Installation of Cable trays, trunking and cable pulling and in compliance with requirements of Project
6.Experienced in site supervision works for LV networks including electrical Substations.
7.o prepare and compile Method Statements, Material Submittals, Inspection Test Plans and Approved Shop Drawings
8.Coordinating with the other departments, clients and contractors Designing and conducting tests on the products
9.Recording, Analyzing and interpreting test data, Attending site meetings
10.Responsible for Installation, Testing & Commissioning, servicing and maintenance of all Electrical equipment’s
11.As per Civil Defense follow ups the Site Construction of All Fire Fighting, Alarms, Self-Monitoring System with FM 200, Fire Hood Suppression at restaurants and Hotels also all types of Fire Extinguishers. Fire detection and alarms system.
12.Maintain and service all machineries including electrical and mechanical aspects. Propose modifications and retesting the products
13.Qualifying the final product or system
14.Preparing product document and giving presentations
15.Keeping in line with the latest developments and technology.
Roles & Responsibilities :-

systems and motor controls.
2.Electrical Designing for Light & Power Systems.
3.Cable Sizing for Light, Power & Motor Systems.
4.DB, SMDB, MDB, MCC load Scheduling.
5.Responsible for Execution and Supervision of Utilities Work.
6.Coordination with Contractors for the maintenance of MEP equipment
7.Anticipate and solve problems in a timely manner
8.Having good knowledge on Installation of Circuit Breakers, Bus Bars, Manual Transfer Switches (MTS), Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS), Switchgears, and all Electrical Panel Boards.
9.Supervision of Testing and commissioning lighting, power, fire alarm, public address, building management system, access control, master clock system &CCTV system, Etc.
10.Electrical Design including wiring diagrams, selection of Electrical Equipment's such as
Circuit Breakers, Cable Sizing, Voltage Drop Calculation, Distribution Boards, Transformers etc.
11.Testing, Commissioning of electrical Equipment's and inspection of materials.
12.Responsible for Preparation of Bill of Quantity of Materials for Supply, Erection, for Projects

13.Responsible to ensure the correct implementation of the project quality plan and quality procedures and productivity related to all electrical works in accordance with program of
work on site.
14Proactively monitored systems to identify and remedy problems or maintenance needs
