• Manage OneDrive and Microsoft Teams, including user mailbox backups.
• Provide technical support across the company in person or remotely.
• Deliver remote support for on-site engineers and end users during installations.
• Create Office 365 accounts for employees and reset passwords as needed.
• Administer TCP/IP functions, including DNS, DHCP, and terminal services.
• Manage server roles, configurations, and domain controller installations.
• Upgrade operating systems, install patches, and deploy required applications such as Microsoft Office.
• Assemble and configure new PCs, network printers, and scanners, including handling virus issues with antivirus software.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot IP phones.
• Provide application and ERP support.
• Perform LAN setups, including cable crimping, configuration, and troubleshooting of LAN properties.

Duties
• Install, test, and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment, and software.
• Repair and upgrade hardware, ensuring all computers are fully operational.
• Maintain inventory of all equipment, software, and software licenses in organized Excel sheets.
• Create, modify, and manage user accounts and groups in Active Directory.
• Assign and manage permissions, including shared folder access, in Active Directory.
• Reset passwords, unlock accounts, and ensure smooth user onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies for account security and permissions.
• Create and maintain an accurate database of all pending and resolved IT Issues.
• Monitor and resolve user requests through ticketing systems, ensuring timely updates and resolution.
• Provide support for windows operating systems, Mac OS and Office and Office 365.

• Able to troubleshoot and updating the PlayStation Softwares, Games and Making sure No issues with the Network.
• Monitor the performance of the LED TVs and Testing Sounds of Amplifiers.
• Taking Care of the Networks and PlayStation.
• Projecting Screen from Laptop to the LED TVs.
• Installing, and maintaining software (OS/Application), hardware devices in networked environment.
• Installing software and application to user standards.
• Installing and configuring all the peripherals, components and drivers.
• System Assembling, Disassembling and maintenance including Bios-setting.
