Roles and Responsibilities
- Follow up the daily site activities with contractors in participation with the supervision team.
•Supervise the civil activities
•Supervise Architecture/Finishing activities ( block work & All finishing works).
•Report in the performance of the contractor, update the work status and check/review the as built drawings.
•Coordinate among all trade and resolve site conflicts.

• Supervise the civil activities (infra structure & landscape and hardscape).
• Supervise Architecture/Finishing activities ( block work & All finishing works).
• Review the work shop drawings submitted by contractors.
• Reprot in the performance of the contractor, update the work status and check/review the as built drawings.
• Check and analyze land survey reports from the administrative, technical and professional departments of the organization
• Suggest methods for the improvement of standards of the survey section to the area supervisor
• Review and analyze Engineering reports from the administrative, technical and professional departments of the organization
• Suggest methods for the improvement of standards of the section to the area supervisor
• Coordinate among all trade and resolve conflicts.
