Responsible for the Inbound/Outbound Processes
• Responsible for distribution to 54branch overall Saudi Arabia and bulk orders for gulf countries customers
• responsible for daily operation for warehouse according to GMP . Employee job assignment, work schedule and leadership of the team.
•coordinate with sales & production for high season distribution plan
• Ensure safety regulations are adhered to.
• Prepare, revise and submit reports.
• Implement quality management and regulatory compliance strategies.
• Meeting targets (shipped orders).
• Waste elimination and cost reduction.
• Manage the daily process by team leader and 8 associate
•Prepare the KPIs and other warehouse operational related reports and submit to management on monthly basis
•Keep better control on Fast, Slow & non-Moving items
• Follow up on Shipments from suppliers based on the communication from planning and procurement department.
• Arrange for storage of material received and remove bottlenecks if any regarding space in coordination with Logistics Manager.
• Ensure claims are lodged for any discrepancies in shipment received.
• Ensure timely execution of Sales Orders and the obtain Proof Delivery.
• Ensure proper documentation procedures are in place and monitor them.
• Supervise and manage warehouse staff during preparing, checking, shipping in orders processing
• Ensure transactions are performed in accordance with policies together with the help of the Operations Manager
• Professionally communicate over email and phone with customers regarding item inventories.
• Log all transaction into the Warehouse system
• Ensure the implementation of the Transportation & Fleet section objectives, plans, policies & procedures and assuring they serve as basis for all the function’s operations
• Monitor the operating results of the Transportation & Fleet section, compare them to established goals and objectives, and report results to the logistics Manager
• Ensure compliance of Transportation & Fleet operations to the company policies and regulations in order to avoid any discrepancies or unsatisfactory results.
• Schedule and organize daily deliveries and pick-ups for the company items and labourers according to geographic area and truck availability
• Maintain daily vehicle maintenance logs and delivery employee incident reports to ensure trucks are in proper working conditions
• Solve transportation problems of limited complexity or refer to appropriate technical
• Ensure fleet maintenance in coordination with Fleet Maintenance Officer ensuring that the fleet is in optimum condition to avoid any incidents on the road that may result in delays/downtime
• Compile data on delivery productivity, such as number of stops made and number of miles driven to ensure transportation effectiveness
• Coordinate pick-ups and deliveries with the Catching Supervisor, Stores Supervisor and Procurement Supervisor.
• Follow the transportation and fleet department budget guidelines and adhere to them
• Efficiently and accurately maintain and update inventory records following inventory management procedures
• Reconcile inventory against physical records
• Run Age Analysis Report and highlight it to Management for arranging quick liquidation
• Make necessary adjustments or corrections, including results of various counts, under the direction of the Inventory Control Manager
• Identify and research the cause of inventory discrepancies, and report them to management for analysis and process improvement
• Effectively communicate with operation department to resolve issues
• Drive continuous improvement on inventory control processes through reporting analysis
