Lead a team of Engineers & Draft men to Design, Estimation, Preparing Technical & Financial Proposals and Presales of ELV & Security communication products for projects at GCC ( Qatar - UAE ) and Egypt
The ELV products include CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, Intruder Alarm, Structured Cabling, Telephone, Data, TV, PA, A/V systems.

- Prepare Design and Shop drawing for low current systems (Fire alarm, Telephone, Data, TV, Audio Visual, Public address, Access control, CCTV, baggage handling, Room management, Property management, Home Automation & Car parking Systems) & Telecommunication Infrastructure.
- Make design review for all drawings received from consultant
- Study projects and revise the technical proposals, follow up projects for any updates during the construction phase.
- Provide advice on project costs, design concepts, or design changes, preparing any needed clarifications
- Design low current systems (Fire alarm, Telephone, Data, TV, Audio Visual, Public address, Access control, CCTV, baggage handling, Room management, Property management, Home Automation & Car parking Systems) & Telecommunication Infrastructure.
- Study projects and prepare the technical proposals, Develop conceptual, logical, or physical network designs, review project designs, follow up projects for any updates during the tender phase.
- Provide advice on project costs, design concepts, or design changes, preparing any needed clarifications, Evaluate network designs to determine whether customer requirements are met efficiently and effectively.

(Five Star Hotel - Regional Airport - Sports Complex & Club House)
- Design Telecommunication Infrastructure.
- Prepare the tender documents (BOQ & Specs).
- Design low current systems (Fire alarm, Telephone, Data, TV, Audio Visual, Public address, Access control, CCTV Systems) & Telecommunication Infrastructure.
- Study projects and prepare the tender documents (BOQ & Specs).

• Umm AL-Qura University-Housing Accommodation (KSA)
Responsible for the design of telecommunication infrastructure networks for all five housing accommodation zones as well as low current systems (Fire alarm, Telephone, Data, TV, Audio Visual, Public address, CCTV and Access control systems) design for all residential and services Buildings with total area 1226700 m2.
• Wadi- Adhan 5 Stars Hotel (Oman, Salalah)
Responsible for the design of Fire alarm, Audio Visual and Public address systems at this hotel that consists of 300 Guest Rooms and Villas, SPA, Ballroom and main guest room Building
• AL-Ghadir Hotel (KSA)
Responsible for the design of Fire alarm & Public address systems at El -Ghadir Four stars Hotel that consists of 273 Guest Rooms and 78 Hotel apartments with kitchens with total built up area 55, 000 m2
