• Responsible for Site 22, 23 & 24 Bus Depots for the review and approval of Material submittals, Mechanical shop / detail / coordination drawings, Builder’s work drawings, precast panel drawings, Method statements, Testing & commissioning etc. against the project specification, IFC and in line with local and international standards and ensures that project requirements are incorporated into the design, procurement and construction development processes.
• Serve as the site representative in S24- Lusail Bus Depot for all matters related to construction quality assurance of mechanical works (HVAC, Plumbing and Firefighting). This includes reviewing contractor’s mechanical/technical submittals, resolving the issues, etc.
• Reviewing Method statement, material submittals, etc for the project - Hamad International airport- Cargo Bridging Facilities and AVI.
• Review of design drawings for Foul Sewer, Potable water supply, Storm water and firefighting (External works)
• Oversee the work and ensure that quality and standards are maintained, and cost-effective solutions are adopted.
• Assist Quantity Surveyor in the assessment of contractor’s claims for variation to contract, monthly bills.
• Coordinating with other disciplines such as Civil, Architectural, Electrical and BIM for all the related works.
• Reporting to project manager.

Project: Qatar Integrated Railway Project. Doha Metro: Major Stations, Qatar with a Project value of 6 Billion dollars. (Msherib Station is one of the world’s largest underground metro stations with six tunnels crossing in almost perpendicular direction at two different levels.)

Key Deliverables:
•Responsible for review and approval of Testing and Commissioning Method statements/Procedures. FAT test & reports, O & M Manuals, training manuals, etc.
•Progress reporting, overseeing, monitoring and witnessing on the Contractor MEP testing and commissioning activities.
•Oversee the Supervision Consultant to conduct routine inspections and quality check on all site works and provide appropriate feedback to concerned contractor.
•Assuring that contractors have carried out testing and commissioning in stages and as planned and in accordance with the proper codes and standards.
•Synergize with the project commissioning team to ensure that the project is meticulously commissioned to deliver excellent standards of quality.
•Attending regular meetings to track the progress of testing and commissioning with main contractor.
•Overseeing the implementation of the Testing and Commissioning Program and plan.
•Acting Testing and commissioning Manager in absence of T & C Manager.

Project: Development of ISF Camp, Al Duhail State of Qatar (Consists of BARRACKS G+4+RF+ARF total 9 buildings, Headquarters, Inspection equpment General stores, Guard houses, Unit force offices, Patrol department, Underground parking and parade area, Airconditioned car parking, Mosque, Service block & Shopping complex)

Key Deliverables:
•Responsible for review and approval of Material submittals, Mechanical shop / detail / coordination drawings, RFI’s, Method statements, Prequalification’s, PVL change requests against the project specification, IFC and in line with local requirements and ensures that project requirements are incorporated into the design, procurement and construction development processes.
•Interacting with client & PMC representatives on a day-to-day basis regarding the progress & technical matters.
•Monitor the engineers and inspector’s performance to ensure that they are fulfilling their roles and responsibilities.
• Plan, monitor and manage execution of Mechanical works to ensure on time - in budget - high quality completion.
•Maintain open communication with client/project management/designer/contractors discipline engineers on project related technical issues.
•Assist Quantity Surveyor in the assessment of contractor’s claims for variation to contract.
•Review and Monitor timely reporting of project progress. Ensure achievement of time, quality, cost and HSE goals on project.
•Ensure compliance of construction activity to best industry standards, specification, international codes, and planned timeline.
•Ensure the orderly completion and timely assessment of project submittals and documentation.

• Serve as the site representative for all matters related to construction quality assurance of mechanical works (HVAC, Plumbing, Fire fighting & LPG). This includes reviewing contractor’s mechanical/technical submittals, shop drawings, value engineering proposals, RFI’s and coordination issues.
• Attend MEP technical meetings with main contractor, subcontractors and client.
• Involved from starting to completion of the project and sole responsible for approving/signing all submittals of mechanical services for the entire duration of the project.
• Lead and Mentor a team of inspectors on Site.
• Ensure compliance of construction activity to best industry standards, specification, international codes, and planned timeline.
• Design and design review of Mechanical services like HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, Firefighting & LPG
• T & C of material/system such as Air balancing, water balancing, Stair pressurization fan, fire damper drop test, pipe/duct pressure test, water storage tank, drainage system, sprinkler system, pumps, room integrity test, gas leak detection test and environment test, etc.
• Client facing on day-to-day basis and Reporting to Resident Engineer.

Project: King Abdul Aziz International Airport Development Project (Phase 1), Jeddah.

Project: Saudi Arabia National guard (SANG)

 Supervise and technically assist team of engineers for HVAC, Water supply and Drainage works and resolving bottlenecks.
 Oversee the daily work force, planning work schedule, purchase material as per approved submittal, in charge of project progress and update milestone schedule, review shop drawing, material submittal and method statement prior to submission.
# Deal with the consultant regarding non-conformance notice, RFI and provide immediate solution. Assist project manager in administrative function.
# Work with equipment suppliers and subcontractors for proper equipment purchase and required construction schedules.
# Report to Project Manager.

Project:1. KEMPINSKI HOTEL & RESIDENCES-THE PALM JUMEIRA, DUBAI-UAE (319 Room 5-Star Hotel, 232 Private 2, 3, 4 Bedroom Residences (G+7) of MEP contract value of 38 Million US Dollars.

Project 2. Dubai International airport-expansion (Phase-1) Facilities.

• Preparation of material submittal, method statement and getting approval from consultant.
• Responsible for estimation of quantity and indent the material and follow up of suppliers.
• Procurement of materials according to site requirements.
• Attending the coordination meeting held by projects managers for co-ordination of other services with architects, consultant and main contractors.
• Raising the Material inspection, RFI and Site inspection request.
• Testing and Commissioning of HVAC equipment like FCU’s, AHU’s, Pumps, Fans, etc
• Responsible for Air balancing and Water balancing of the complete project.

Design

•Review contractor’s mechanical change order proposals and prepare any appropriate recommendations to Resident Engineer for review.
•Witness testing and commissioning of the works. Assist with the final inspection and monitor completion of the work.
