•Review all preliminary PPM reports including advance planning studies for the project to adequate stream flow before and scour provision prior to developing the General PPM Plan.
•Investigates Corrective work orders or site issue data in daily weekly reports which appears uneconomical or inconsistent with FM Requirement policies.
•Prepares and submits the Daily and weekly reports to Clients.
•Schedules type selection meetings with site teams to discuss daily, weekly and monthly meetings
•Schedules strategic site operations planning with coordination between Civil, MEP and client team
•Acted as liaison between Site team and Client.
•Manage & supervise all the works of Sub contractors from Fire alarm to Chiller and co-ordinate with other services contractors.
•Manage Cost Reduction, Analysis and Implementation.
•Coordinating with Site Manager for the requirements and executing it through proper channel
•Managing all electromechanical site activities.
•Allocate duties of technicians & Supervisor in order to complete work on time
•Testing, Commissioning, analyzing & solving field problems.
•Processing and finalizing monthly payments and maintain control of project expenditures.
1 Review tender documents, specification, bill of quantities (BOQ) & construction drawings.
2 Ensure the Electro Mechanical activities are in line with Project time Table.
3 Monitor and insure all electrical site works comply with contract document and clients specification.

5 Ensure the co-ordination in between civil and electrical activities and cover any interface if any.
6 Preparation of reports on testing and coordination with the client site consultant to examine each stage.
