Nile International College (NIC) is a private international school approaching to be an IB school. NIC is committed to preparing distinguished students by applying IB programs (PYP-MYP-DP).NIC's goal is to educate and deliver to the world generations of global citizens who are innovators, caring, responsible, open-minded.
As the Executive Director, I took the early charge of launching the school, setting the strategies & recruiting the team. I have an administrative oversight of the students, educational team, School and manage the daily school operation. I Work closely with Educational leader to assure the right implementation of the IB program and to set the appropriate policies for the school. I develop the market plan for the school assuring the right positioning of the school to the community and to the parents. I work closely with accreditation bodies (American & IB) assuring the school compliance with their requirements
As Business Developmnet Manager, My Role include the following Tasks :
(1) New business creation & business development for Middle East Customers
(2) Sales responsibility & solution creation for new country/market/segment and customer entries
(3) Proactively identifying & developing new business opportunities to strengthen region sales & portfolio position
(4) Co-operation with other Business Units to support new solution entries and Building early business momentum for NSN in areas that will bring growth to NSN (new technologies and trends)
(5) Close cooperation with other stake holders in NSN divisions and relevant management teams in order to secure full organizational alignment for Business Development cases
My main responsibility is to develop Motorola Network Business in MEA region by establishing & maintaining customer relations, understand their business drivers and develop profitable business.
My main objective is to achieve/exceed sales order target for Motorola network in MEA region by promoting Motorola solutions to customer’s Cxx, Directors and Senior managers, discus their strategies and business requirements.
I also act as a focal point for Motorola Product team in USA to maintain the proper support to the region and to align the product development strategy with MEA customer requirements.
Provide the required workshops, seminars and speaks for MEA customers and telecom regional events and clearly explain Motorola technology vision and solutions strategies
Achievement Highlights:
•$50m End to End WiMAX System for MENA telecom -Bahrine
•$165m WiMAX system for Atheeb Group -Saudi Arabia
•$11m WiMAX system for Zain -Jordan
•$15m CDMA1X-EVDO system for PTCL Pakistan
Lead the field team to launch the CDMA system with Telecom Egypt. Assure the customer satisfaction for both deployment timelines and network performance.
Manage all the customer issues as a main point of contact with Telecom Egypt.
My regional responsibility also is to support the CDMA customers in North Africa region and help them to get the proper support for Motorola CDMA product team. Act as Market development lead to promote CDMA solutions to North Africa customers
Achievement Highlights:
•Launch the first CDMA network in Egypt
•Win the CDMA network with Nitel Nigeria
•Win the first CDMA network in Pakistan with PTCL
Member of RF Design and Survey team in charge of performing RF Design & Survey for Wireless Local Loop networks based on DECT standard (SWING) for Egypt country
My job includes also design the TDMA (MDL / IRT, Point to Point / Point to Multi Point) and CDMA (AIRLOOP, IS-95) .
Achievement Highlights:
•Successfully launched the Wireless local loop DECT network for all Egypt for more than 300k subscribers
