Managing Brand specific trade spend & keeping profitability in check.
Planning & Execution of brand specific goals & Objectives
Responsible for Product placement, pricing and promotion across all the chains and online platforms
Product launch and activation
Identify New Sales opportunities within the brands. (New customers / Incentive Plans / Mega Promotions)
In addition to my role as APM summary, my responsibilities includes :
Monitor and ensure all A&P expenses are appropriately attributed and covered to reflect supplier activity and promotions accurately.
Budget Preparation (Salesman / customer wise in depth preparation)
- Sales Analysis for the brand assigned
- Quaterly forecast and monthly review on forecast for all the brands
- Key account / rest of account promo planning based on the themes / promo calender by outlet
- Managing of Above The Line & Below The Line marketing activities such as PR / Events Participation / In store promotion/ Promoter sampling
- Interviewing and Training of Promoters for any activity which arises
- Stock Management (closely keeping track on all the slow moving items and near expiry items)
- Budget Preparation
- Co-ordinate all in-store activities - category modifications, coordinate with merchandising team on setup of major displays, POS placement
- Handling total execution on POS items for activities which includes co ordinating with supplier for printing of Corrugated stands / shelf strips/ and other POS materials
-Designing strategic and tactical customer marketing plans for Reckitt Benckiser’s brand like Dettol, Airwick, Harpic, Vanish, Pifpaf etc.
- Specializes in front end development of SAP based BI systems, which is further customized to cater to the individual reporting requirements for principal & internal analysis key account
- Co-ordinate all in-store activities - category modifications, coordinate with merchandising team on setup of major displays, POS placement and coordinate on sampling activities.
- Execution of major in store activities (displays / promotions / samplings) in co-ordination with various teams in ensuring a smooth & successful implementation
- Full year, Quarterly & Monthly Business Reviews for every brand with internal management, Principals & Key Accounts.
-Other Analysis - distribution tracking, visibility planning, RSP surveys, competition reports, etc
-Coordinating with supply chain to monitor the stock level for Retail Business and thus ensuring smooth functioning of stock availability.
-Providing support to the sales team through various in depth analysis of their respective accounts.
- Exploring, briefing & negotiating with the co-packers for packaging and art works ensuring its timely delivery in quality and quantity.
My responsibilities includes,

• Following up with the clients for any queries relating to their needs and demands.
• Training new joiner in the company.
• Handling queries with different clients with regards to their concerns.
