2. Evaluate all Variation Orders submitted by Contractor.
3. BOQ finalization.
4. Price analysis finalization.
5. Assist in resolving any issues raised by contractors (e.g-change
order requests, variations etc); coordinate with onsite architects and engineers in order to make
recommendation to the Contract Administrator/Resident Engineer on any discrepancies identified
against contract documents.
