Key Responsibility :
1. Reporting to Supervisor.
2. Attending calls with technicians.
3. Routine checking of HVAC equipments.
4. Training technicians.
Exhaust fan cable layout.
Starter panel installation.
Armoured cable laying with cable tray.
Armoured cable glanding and connection.
Exhaust fan commissioning.
Site surveying and taking inputs and submitting to the desingning team.
Requesting mateial and ensure that all the equipments and material is available at site.
Vendor selection.
Work execution according to shop drawing.
Making daily progress reports.
Domestic and commercial split AC's servicing and troubleshooting.
Vrf AC's servicing and troubleshooting.
FCU's and AHU's Drain connections.
Working as an hvac maintenance supervisor since October 2017,
Key responsibilities:
1 Planning Preventive maintenance on daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis of HVAC equipments & Troubleshooting.
2 Routine checkup of all HVAC eqiupments in plant and maintain the check list.
3 Supervising the team and providing them all the necessary tools, machineries and proper safety.
4 Maintaining Necessary documemts and work reports. Making purchase orders if required and follow them.
5 Reporting to the manager .
Key Responsibilities :
1. Preparing Daily progress report.
2. Material Inwards and outwards documents preparation.
3. Work according to shop drawing.
4. Providing tools, scaffoldings, machineries, safety items to the contactor.
5. Coordinating with the client and attending meetings.
6. Testing and commissioning after installation.
