Technical Supports & Supervision site works like:

 For technical support & design branch:

• Make a complete design Tender package for (P.L. & F.F.) activities inside projects (Drawings, Specs & Bill of Quantities).
• Review (P.L. &F.F.) design works and study of projects.
• Review the design problems to solve it through different channels such as:
• \[RFI (Request for Information), T.N (Transmittal Notice), Material Transmittals, DCN (Design Change Notice), ……..etc.\]
• Review and Approve Shop Drawings for (P.L., F.F. & HVAC)
• Any Other Activities concerning about Technical Support & Design branch.

 For supervision site branch:

Quality Assurance:
• Records of Surveys, Inspection Requests for all materials and installation works, DFC (Drawing Field Change) & Testing and Commissioning.
• Review and Approve As-Built Drawings.
• Any Other Activities concerning about Super-Vision Site branch.

Project Completion

• Punch Lists for all Equipments, areas & System Witness Remedial works & inspect.
• Desnaging Process (answering the received letters from contractor on our punch list), Report the Satisfactory Completed Contractors/suppliers & completion Certificate technical documents.
• Testing, commissioning & Start up for (Booster, Submersible, Fire, Primary & Circulating pumps, Boilers, Swimming Pools, Heat Exchangers, Water Treatment System and all Equipments) in plumbing & fire fighting systems.
• Making a Taking Over Hand-TOC-certificate.
• Making same responsibilities for Super-Vision Site branch on HVAC works.
