• Lead the full cost accounting cycle, including accurate product costing, proper allocation of materials and operational inputs,
and compliance with internal controls and ISO standards.
• Update and maintain Standard Cost, perform cost roll processes, and support annual budgeting and rolling forecasts by
analyzing Budget vs. Actual and providing actionable insights.
• Analyze product profitability, Gross Margin, and Contribution Margin; identify deviations, root causes, and improvement
opportunities across production lines.
• Review and approve accounting entries, consumption transactions, and cost allocations to ensure accuracy and proper
financial treatment.
• Monitor RM, WIP, and FG inventory accuracy (physical vs. system); analyze discrepancies, evaluate non-moving stock, and
propose corrective actions to warehouse and production teams.
• Conduct operational and financial assessments, reviewing production performance, BOM vs. actual consumption, waste levels,
and machine efficiency; report findings and recommend improvements to management.
• Prepare cost analyses for projects, waste operations, RM replenishment, and investment decisions including return-on-assets
evaluations.
• Generate cost simulations and replacement-cost analyses to support performance measurement and pricing decisions.
• Review and update Landed Warehouse Cost Sheets (LWCS), validate item cost changes, compare PO vs. actual cost, and update
ERP systems accordingly.
• Analyze and reconcile production output, waste reports, and consumption deviations; verify waste-related transactions and
reconcile monthly broke sales and waste reports.
• Participate in daily production meetings, highlight KPI deviations, and coordinate with cross-functional teams on corrective
actions.
• Analyze machine data via Capstone, report deviations, follow up on corrective measures, and reassess performance post
implementation.
• Participate in cost-reduction commitees by evaluating suggested initiatives and tracking results after execution.
• Support internal and external audit activities by preparing comprehensive costing and financial documentation, ensuring full
compliance with internal control standards and facilitating a smooth audit process.
• Lead the annual physical inventory coordination with Logistics, Customs, and the General Authority for Investment (GAFI),
ensuring accurate stock validation, resolving discrepancies, and signing off final inventory results.
