- Oversees the activities of inspection, monitoring & certifying the quality of all static equipment for both Gas Trains and SRU Units in whole Project Pre-commissioning & commissioning stages (Preservation, pre-boxing up, degreasing, dry-out Process, final boxing up).
- Oversees the activities of condition monitoring for pumps like: (Solo run test, load run test, Laser alignment….)
Supervision and implementation of thermal insulation of pipes in the first sector of the project.
In this occupation activities include:
• Conferring with management, production and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures
• Coordinating and reviewing the technical work of the department or project teams
• Ensuring plant and facility engineering and performance meets design expectations
• Reviewing, recommending and approving contracts and cost estimates
• Working with internal teams around costing and commercial oversight for projects
Organizing routine servicing schedules (Preventive Maintenance Plan, lubricating chart, Autonomous maintenance Plane) according to TPM & MPIS Principles.
Execute Comprehensive rehabilitation for turbine
Execute Comprehensive rehabilitation for Boiler
Execute four turnkey Projects (cement field) in Egypt \[Sinai, Suez\] and abroad \[Sudan\] within Teamwork of ASEC / Aresco.
