• I worked as an acting (Support Services Unit Head) responsible for Cars leas long term, Short term, Stationary, telephone & mobile, bank accounts, electricity & water payment and business cards.
• Adoption all the disciplinary actions and ensure all the actions compatible with company policies and procedures.
• Managing company attendance system (TAS).
• Call and attend company Investigations when needed and guarantee all the rights of the company and employees.
• Processing all Personnel daily and monthly Transactions such as: permanent & temporary staff salaries and overtime payments fallow-up, Managing attendance, leaves, verification and, sick leaves, processing & settlement of staff personal, Bank Drafts verification.
