Checking of the trucks compatibility and road worthiness before approving loading.
* Managing and organizing exportation of all SMP equipment’s back to France, assisting my team to ensure smooth operations.

Yard Management
* Over all in charge of the yard in terms of HSE, Maintenance and organization
* Coordinating between companies for ongoing constructions and supplies
* Responsible for movement within the yard.
* Reporting Plant/ Service, repair and maintaining all the plant equipment
* Sourcing of Spares / Fuels and lubricants.

Client Management (N.O.V / LBERDROLA - KF / SMP / EXPRO GULF - OTHERS)
* Coordination with Clients.
* Reporting issues raised by the clients
* Recording all client equipment’s and inform the concerned dept. for invoicing
* Coordinating all client activities.
LTWP Logistics Support - NBO
* Coordination all LTWP logistics issues with Mombasa, Nairobi & Site.
* Sending daily reports in regards to items ready for dispatch, items dispatched & those expected to be delivered
* Transport movement in and out of the yard and including loading list of whatever has been loaded, and items dispatched.
* Coordinating with the transporter and site before departure of the truck, informing of items loaded contact details of truck & driver.
* Ensuring loading is carried out in a professional and organized manner to safeguard the items/ equipment loaded to reach site safety.

B. Supply of Provisions
* Supply the PSV/ Escort Vessels/ Main store - this should
be done according to order/ manifest and confirmed
accordingly
* Arranging Transportation & Delivery of Items to the
required destination.
* Ensuring proper documentation is maintained to keep
track of deliveries & Stock
C. Follow up on Manifest
* Ensure Provisions supplied as per requirement, and
recorded properly any issues to be highlighted
immediately.

D. ROUTINE CHECK
* Every morning to check with for provisions requirement
* To Ensure order sent well in advance for provisions
running Low, Water and Main provisions daily check to
ensure
