Responsible for complete wholesale and Retail segment of the country. Experience & expertise across Retail sales, wholesale, Marketing, Pricing and Promotion strategies, Operations & administrations. Always delivering results against strategic objectives, whilst working within the organizations core values and beliefs. Working closely with General Manager and managing the company’s sales and Marketing activities. Also providing leadership for the sales department and motivating staff to achieve maximum performance and efficiency. Making sure that the sales department works within all of the companies Operational Procedures.
For Retail management
Responsible for retail and wholesale segment for entire station.
Responsible for Export sales(Qatar, Oman and Bahrain)
Setting up the weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly target vs. achievement plan.
Preparing different sales report and timely presentation.
Planning for Sales promotion by advertising, various displays, Discounts etc.
Leading and providing training to the Sales man/woman and merchandisers.
Developing reports for top management.
Recruitment of sales staff.
Product Launching.
Market Research.
