building engineering and design with a strong focus on all aspects of sustainable design,
including LEED, TRAKHEES- EHS, Estidama, and Mostadam design and construction
strategies, coordination, and documentation review. To be a designer with a leading

Conference and Exhibition Centre (CO-EX), Dubai EXPO
The upcoming 75000 m2 Conference and Exhibition campus by DWTC is supporting the Expo 2020 event and aspires to support Dubai's status as world-leading destination for major exhibitions, conferences, conventions, trade shows and events.
Responsibilities:
• Aware of requirements specified in the specification Documents.
• Attending the Technical & Progress meetings at site
• Inspect site conditions to ensure suitability for the designed permeant works.
• Give advice on constructional matters.
• Maintain records of inspections, work executed etc.
• Asset in or measure work done when required by AREs and RE.
• Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship.
• Assist in preparation of "As-built "drawings and assist with inspection of completed works.
• Prepare snag lists and handover to operating authority.
• Maintain a detailed diary of the day's work activities, issues, work approved or rejected, hours of operation, labor and equipment used, etc., and sign the diary at the end of each day.
• Coordinate daily with the Contractor's engineers and Foremen in charge of the work to advise on the proper execution of the work.
• Report questionable methods of operation by the Contractor to the Engineer or ARE.
• Inspect operation, maintenance and construction including temporary works to ensure compliance with approved methods and Contract requirements.
• Report to the Assistant RE or the RE any failure of the Contractor to conform to plans and specifications or failure to provide good workmanship.
• Process the request to check work forms and maintain records of their status.
• Provide all necessary on-site direction and issue indications with respect to road works, utilities, and other related activities.
• Report back as necessary to the Engineer and ARE.
• Inspecting the electrical services installations and materials at site
• Initiate the site Observations and Non-conformance report.
• Inspecting the final testing and Commissioning of electrical services
• Witness of Megger / Continuity tests.
• Functional test of final finish fixtures.
• Witness the testing & Commissioning.
• Participate in the preliminary approval of testing of drawings from local authorities with the guidelines of senior ends.
• BMS, security system, fire alarm, Emergency lighting and lighting control system installations and coordination with specialist supplier for commissioning.
• Site progress reporting to the Engineer or ARE.
• Coordinate with the Materials Inspector and arrange for sampling and testing of satisfactorily completed work, as well as quality assurance testing of suspect materials.
• Coordinate with the Surveyors to check the line and grade of completed work for conformance with the plans and specifications.
Mohammed Salman Electrical Engineer
Supervise all kind of LV & ELV works, Method statement, including reviewing of all documents, material submittals, shop drawings, technical submittals, sub- contractor approvals, RFI’s, specification reviewing, IFC reviewing, ID drawings, Builder’s work drawings. I have extensive experience in, executing and Supervising of CCTV and access control system, Fire alarm system and Tele communication system.
Responsibilities:
Prepare/Review of Technical Submissions.
Coordination with Main Contractor QA/QC requirements
Prepare and submit WIR (Work Inspection request in Client’s e-system)
Prepare/Check MIR (Material Inspection Request).
Coordination with Consultant and attend Site Inspections.
Coordinating with the team, replying to subcontractors' queries
Responsible for QA/QC documents of the complete project and other
important QA/QC documents.
Review the quality of all materials at the site and ensure compliance with all
project specifications and quality and collaborate with the department for all
material procurement and maintain a quality of materials.
Supervise the effective implementation of all test and inspection schedules andensure
adherence to all procedures and coordinate with various teams to perform quality
audits on processes.
Assist with employees to ensure knowledge of all quality standards and ensure
compliance to all quality manuals and procedures and collaborate with contractors and
suppliers to maintain the quality of all systems.
Project execution of Mall, Villa's, High rise Buildings and Restaurant.
Getting submittals approved from consultant and client.
Monitor an efficient system and record all project activities and analyze all processes
to ensure all work is according to quality requirements.
