● Arranging insurance cover for clients with the insurance provider.
● Preparing reports for insurance underwriters.
● Advising clients on making claims on their policies.
● Renewing or amending existing policies for clients.
● Receive calls from customers with complaints or queries for information and
ensure all complaints are logged and responded to in a timely manner.
● Researching and compiling answers to information requests.
● Ensuring that adequate communications are held with all relevant parties
during the investigation and resolution of complaints.
I have bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Administration
