•Install PLC & SCADA program, and maintain PLC & SCADA
(Wonder ware in touch 2.0) and instrument /equipment for water/wastewater / RO treatment plants, groundwater wells, reservoirs, metering stations, and booster pump.
•Troubleshoot PLC programs, changing set point & other control parameter.
•Design and program reports for operators and supervisors using data files and shared access data systems.
•Installation & programming of Schneider Electric HMI(Magelis XBT GT).
Communicate PLC /SCADA/HMI via profibus, Modbus, OFC & industrial
Ethernet networks.
•Installation of field instruments like flow meter(Electromagnetic/Ultrasonic), level sensor, temperature transmitter and pressure transmitter & switch.
•Installation of Motorized valve, calibration, repair and replacement.
•Installation & Programming of VFD (ABB, delta), SOFT STARTER (abb, Schneider, emersion) of medium voltage.
•Design & Install STAR-DELTA, DOL, AUTOTRANSFORMER(for well 1000v) starter.
•Install and troubleshoot electrical panel for high pressure, booster pump &valve.
•Attending meetings, writing reports and giving presentation to managers and clients .Coordinating with other discipline Engineers, Project & site engineers, Client/ consultants, Vendors in order to optimize the Project cost, while ensuring Quality & Project delivery.
Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial control systems for the formulation, filling and packaging processes.
•Installation and programming of new PLC & SCADA system as per client requirement.
•Maintenance of old PLC and SCADA system at various plant and site
•Installation of automation panel, PLC panel and all type of industrial sensors.
•Schedule maintenance of PLC and SCADA of plant and sites under contract.
Installation of PLC, SCADA, Electrical Panels.
•Review Engineering drawings and Material status.
•Installation and calibration of all type of electronic and field instruments.
•Installation of flow meter, level sensor and temperature sensor.
•Establish communication of all the field instrument to the PLC and SCADA system.
•Ensuring that all resources under my domain, personnel, equipment, materials and supplies are utilized to effect a safe, efficient and profitable execution.
•Liaising with Client Engineers, consultants, Project Engineers, sub-Contractors and Vendors in maintaining quality & smooth running of the project.
•Involved in Planning, Scheduling, Supervising, Reviewing and Reporting about the Job status to my Superiors and the Management.
Installation and programming of PLC (Allen Bradley, Siemens) and SCADA.
•Installation of Electronic Equipment like CCTVS, communication systems.
•Installation of Building management systems.
•Provide maintenance to the client of installed systems.
•Coordinating with other discipline Engineers, Project & site engineers
