This is SAP support project is for the regular production queries and development activity.
Roles: Support
• Consulting and support for SAP Applications for Client locations
• Support the Client in the areas of GL, AR, AP, AM & CO Modules.
• Involved in Configuration changes of Sap FICO.
• Handling the new requirements in FI right from configuring the system in Development client, testing in Quality Assurance and transporting it to Production.
• Providing day to day operational and process support to the users
• Acknowledge/accept escalated tickets from level1
• Create, Change Requests as per the user requirements.
• Capturing all type of Call Tickets on daily basis which relates to FICO.
• Interacting with Users on daily basis to resolve the tickets through net meetings.
• Involved in month end close activities.
• Attended KT sessions & update knowledge with new issue
