Job Role: Material coordination
Reviews production schedules and related information & confers with department supervisors to define material
requirements to identify overdue materials to track material, Dispatching chemicals to rig as per client standards by
securing in chemical containers, before dispatching make sure the required quantities & batch# are matching with
CMR/MER, Requisitions material & establishes sequential delivery dates to departments, according to job order priorities
material availability, receiving back loads from rig and ensure those are environmentally-safe, planning and execution of
stock checking activities, to maintain efficient and effective material handling system by using OFS, collecting samples of
chemicals for each new Batch#.
