• Secured project FID budget from the Board and implemented the SAP Project System Module for cost
control.
• Construction Site Office: Led on-site project control activities for the construction, commissioning
startup, and turnover phases of a Cost Reimbursable U&O project under EPCm Contract.
• Contributed to US $ 3.73 million in savings within a unit-rate quantity re-measured subcontract by
eliminating double-accounting errors in measured quantities during invoice processing.
• Processed and authorized 2, 500 + multi-stage invoicesfor a Cost-Reimbursable contract and successfully
closed dozens of subcontracts and hundreds of vendor POs upon startup.
