• Preparing & managing the MIS report for imports and exports.

• Concurrent with managing the import of goods from other countries.

• Obtaining necessary approvals from cost center as per approval matrix.
• Follows up with finance for processing of the bills & ensures that the payments are done.
• Obtaining necessary approvals from SEZ relating to list of specified services for applying Form- A1 for service tax exemption.
• Worked with CSR team for various approvals such as donation of dry waste to NGO etc. from SEZ perspective.
• Maintaining assets tracker for all the capital goods procured.
• Performed all the above activities for completion of project Orion-setup of the Invesco Hyderabad office
• Concurrently managed all the imports and transfer of goods for disaster recovery project (Hyderabad IT Support Services Pvt. Ltd)
• Coordinated with all the stakeholders, finance and project managers in reconciliation of assets for Waverock decommissioning project.
• Handled all activities in relation to the SEZ Compliance for decommission of Waverock SEZ unit.
