Responsibilities:
• Create modules and projects on the Advanced Mobility platform to gather in-store data
• Ensure modules and projects are structured to minimise the time it takes to complete the surveys
• Assist the Operations in minimising “No Responses” to less than 5%
• Compile and publish client compliance reports
• The analysis of mass data in order to provide operations with insight that will improve performance in-store
• The management and reconciliation of all mobility devices (Android tablets and Apple iPads) so as to ensure minimal user downtime - process all repairs of damaged devices, replacing of stolen devices, assisting Sales Reps and Merchandisers with any problems they may encounter with the devices, etc.
• Ensure all documentation for devices are compiled - handover documents, blacklisting forms, device management forms, etc
• Maintaining the device database and updating the status of each device as and when needed.
• Setting up of Android and Apple devices, installing applications and updating software.
• Making sure that tasks and modules are available for users on their devices
• Loading of planograms and other relevant documentation on AMTEL system (MDM for all devices)
• Assist users on the mobility platform to resolve issues relating to the completion of surveys

• General administration: complete company related documents, ensuring that devices that users fill out the correct paperwork when dealing with devices, filing, etc.

• Creation of dashboards and reports on Power BI and MS Excel, showing detailed statistics according to the client’s needs
• Visualisation and monitoring of various KPI’s according to client and business requirements

• Pulling data from MS SQL Server in order to compile the required reports
• Reports that are my responsibility include a stock count report for Aquelle, a score card report for McCain, Imperial Vehicle Checklist report, and a McNabs OSA report
