integrity.

• Input purchase information, supplier details, and delivery schedules into the system.
• Communicate with suppliers regarding order confirmations, shipping details, and any discrepancies.
• Verify that invoices received from suppliers match purchase orders.
• Maintain quality standards in the procurement process.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels meet business requirements.
• Conduct regular physical stock check, Cycle counts and reconcile with system data.
• Strictly followed FIFO and FEFO methods to manage stock expiry and reduce wastage.
• Monitor daily stock movements and ensure timely replenishment of inventory.
• Record all inventory transactions (receipts, transfers, dispatches) in the inventory management system.
