Human Resources & Administration :
• Issuing offer letter to the candidate.
• Document collection for visa/labor card application.
• Conducting reference checks of candidates.
• Visa/labor card application coordination - Completing medicals, Emirates ID, labor contract formalities, visa stamping.
• Following up with PRO on the above process.
• Handling medical insurance for the staff
• Issuance of documents based on requests by candidates such as salary certificates, salary transfer letters, No Objection Certificates etc.
• Tracking Contract renewal/extension process.

• Handling the invoicing & following up on collection with the client
• Marinating relationship with the client to open new business opportunities

• Selecting best resources that fits aligning with Ericsson
• Transferring the resources from Ericsson to our organization
• On boarding the transferred & selected resources and assigning them to teams
• Coordinating with the warehouse manager and HSE manager for providing them with the needed tools & equipment that matches the safety regulations for Ericsson
• Coordinating with the fleet department to provide the needed vehicles for the teams and choosing the vehicles and drivers according to safety regulations in Ericsson to avoid violations & fines
• Handling the payroll for the teams, releasing allowances, advance and petty cash
• Finalizing the project, by transferring to other sub-contractors and executing exit formalities
