.Responsible for the support functions of facility management department (Preventive and Predictive Maintenance, Asset Management, contract module, service request, inventory & procurement, vendor invoices, Insurance claims and IVR).
.Manage DSOA call centre, facilities management helpdesk & support team.
.Review and analyse Monthly management reports (KPI, Service request, planned preventive maintenance, IVR and procurement).
.Resolves major / critical problems in a professional manner and makes decisions daily related to Help Desk & call centre and proper escalation if required.
.Development, implementation and review of department policies, procedures, and process to provide excellent facilities management services & support that exceed customer’s expectation and to minimize operating costs & achieve the department financial targets. Verify and approve internal requests prior to higher management approval.
.Department champion for Dubai Open Data project, ISR, Risk and Quality.
.Support higher managementin preparation of department yearly revenue budget and OPEX/CAPEX.
Planning and Coordinate all activities related to the MEP /civil infrastructure engineering for Dubai Silicon Oasis Authority (DSOA) - Residential / Commercial Buildings maintenance management services to ensure an effective operation with a high standard of maintenance and customer / end - user satisfaction. Reporting to the Manger - Property services.
Planning and Coordinate all activities related to the MEP /civil infrastructure engineering for Economic Zone World Properties, DP World, Dubai Customs & other Dubai world companies of - Residential / Commercial Buildings maintenance management services by leading a team of 21 members to ensure an effective operation with a high standard of maintenance and customer / end - user satisfaction.
