• Reports to Area Manager;
• Attend and greet clients as they enter the showroom in a courteous attitude and provide the necessary inquiries by introducing the products in a professional and knowledgeable manner;
• Upon the client’s request, provide a quotation to the client through SAP system. Moreover, advice the client material availability will be confirmed with payment commitment only;
• Once the client approves the quotation, a minimum down payment required in-order to preserve the materials in the system and the balance payment is required before issuing the delivery order and invoice;
• Availability of such product selected, must be clearly advised to client on the spot or in some cases after a written confirmation from the factory that does not exceed three working days;
• The client must be notified for product delivery or delay with an explanation on the cause of delay;
• Follow up with clients who has been given a quotation and never heard from by contacting the client and find out the wants and needs. Furthermore, suggest an alternative if the reason was due to unavailability of the required materials or the prices were over their budget;
• Provide the client with necessary design through our system provided free of charge if the client purchases a complete package;
• A monthly total quotations report must be provided to showroom Area Manager each month; and
• Sales Support will handle all data entry work related to sales orders, delivery orders & invoices.
• Study the market and formulate business plans to improve the customer database.
• Dealing with schools, universities facility managements, catering services, hospitals, traders and cleaning companies.
• Establishing a strong relationship with the customers and understand their needs.
• Creating the brand image of the company among the dealers focusing on quality and service.
• Designing sales package according to the customer needs.
• Making a presentation of our products to the management and staff of our customer.
• Attending team meeting and sharing market information with colleagues.
• Coordinating all types of orders and making arrangements for delivery.
• Liaising with suppliers to check the progress of existing orders.
• Reviewing the sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
• Preparing sales analysis report to the management and proposing new plans to meet the market demand.
As a Sr Sales Executive, from Aug-2013 in Quick Registration, Road Transport Authority (RTA), Government of Dubai authorized vehicle testing center for Vehicle testing & registration. Responsible for promoting services to customers and negotiate contracts with the aim of maximizing profits and also to ensure vehicles operating on work areas meet all requirements established by the Road Transport Authority of Dubai.
Developing & negotiating contracts, MOUs and proposals
Establishing partnerships with other companies to extend the offer & create value to new customers
Monitoring competitor activity and development (renovation, special campaigns, rate promotions, Marketing efforts, events etc.) And reporting to business development manager.
Suggest improvements to vehicle that fails inspection.
Keep record of vehicles inspected.
Prepares reports based on findings from the inspections to be presented to the operations manager.
All Sales related works is generated and managed by the sales team under my supervision
