During the intern position I assume within the Automotive Aftermarket Sales Off-Highway Department, I was engaged directly with the technical and logistical customer support. Assessing the needs and requirements of customer, and employ Bosch's global supply network to secure their aftermarket needs. The day to day activities during this position includes, but not limited to:
- Market Research and Competitor analysis
- Customer relationship management
- Logistic management coordination
- Global Pricing and Business Alignment with various RB entities.
- Using SAP Material Management and Advanced Excel for Databases
Assisted managing the short-term Recruitment Process stages from cradle to grave (screening, shortlisting, interviewing, phonic and on site interviewing), as well as redesigned distinction reward policy for best employee categories for the government sector (applicable to all ministries).
