My role included the following :
1- Plan, manage, track and report all project activities.
2-Do scoping exercise for all assets of the bank that included :
- SW applications used by the bank.
- All servers and operating systems ( AIX, MF, Linux,
Windows, Tandem )
- All RDBMS used in the bank ( Oracle , SQLSERVER,
MYSQL, Informix, Nscribe, DB2 ).
- All NW devices ( Switches, Routers, Firewalls.... ).
- ATM Devices ( NCR & Diebold ).

3- Do gap analysis for PCI DSS requirements in all in scope
assets.

4- Coordinate and manage Check health audit exercise between
QSA and 180 individuals in the bank.
5- Manage operational scanning activities for all assets on
quarterly base and coordinate remediation activities between
custodians of effected assets.
6- Lead Bi weekly meetings with steering committee members
to present progress of projects.
7- Do reporting to PMO for program progress.
8- Coordinate to full fill missing requirements as per the Health
Check audit.
9- Coordinate and manage Final Audit by QSA.
10- Led the bank to get the certification for PCI DSS V2.0.
11- Worked on the Budget process of the project and tracked up
budget consumption.

Program had included 26 sub projects, one of the main is doing physical network segmentation for all PCI servers to isolate from rest of the bank and protect through firewalls.
Conducted more than 1200 meetings during the project life cycle .
Total people involved in the project exceeded 230 employees.
