Senior Strategic Marketing Specialist is directly reporting to the Vice President and working in parallel with the Away from home sector sales team.

Main Tasks are:

• Value assigned market sectors, segments and sub-segments
• Develop, and refine related external market data sources
• Identify and maintain ownership structures among potential customers
• Determine segment supply structures such as use of intermediary suppliers
• Identify important customer behaviors such as purchasing strategies
• Gather and maintain information related to segment attractiveness (see Strategy)
• Work with Sales to quantify relationship between resource deployment and account maintenance.
• Contribute to a Unified Planning Model that compiles all strategic market information.
• Participate in annual Business Planning and periodic Strategy Updates
• Gather competitive intelligence in market
• Participate regularly in field sales calls and customer visits/interviews
• Design and lead customer surveys
• Gather and maintain customer feedback, share findings, and maintain a customer and strategic actions.
• Participate in Supply and Operations Planning meetings particularly to manage sales volume forecasts.

Market developer position works in parallel with Away from home sector sales team, and it was created after launching detergent portfolio, each market developer leads a team of technicians that support him in installing dispensers at customer premises.

Main Tasks are:

• Manage and lead team of technicians to train, evaluate and develop them to be eligible for their job role.
