- Follow vendors payments ( local & international ) & reconcile their statements,

- Monthly reconciliation of bank statements with our records & tracking the variances,
- Supervising the petty cash transactions,
- Control and manage the cash flow,
- Follow up of activity reports (Budget and actual) tracking the variances,
- Heading the annual inventory, and submission of final statements of inventory, fixed assets,
- Preparation of financial reports for annual meetings,
- Chairing the weekly meetings of the Division in the absence of General Manager,
