Business Sectors & Industries Served: Manufacturing, Construction, Retail Operation, Industries Operation (Refrigerator, Water Cooler, Air-Conditioner, Water Heater, Cold store, Sandwich Panel, Refrigerated Truck and Telecommunication Shelters). DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
▪Manpower Planning - Coordination with HR manager & Assistant HR manager for manpower planning, budgeting, selection process, manpower mobilization and demobilization.
▪Recruitment - Creating offer letters, JDs, scheduling and conducting interviews, selection process etc.
▪Policies & Procedures - Plays a prominent role in preparing prepare/implementing changes in HR policy with guideline of HR Managers. Alterations/necessary changes if need in policy as per Kuwait labor law. Taking approvals from HR manager for certain rules and regulations.
▪Compensation & Benefits - Review decrees like salary process, sales incentive, and bonus, awards and recognition and severance payment.
▪Admin and Planning - Maintain directory and other relevant organizational charts and documents, Review, approve and monitor HR annual budget, Contribute to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and systems, Supervise clerical assistant and temporary staffing as needed, Participate in administrative staff meetings.
▪Performance Management - Develop evaluation and performance management program, lead the implementation of the performance management program, Handle investigation and resolution of employee issues, concerns and conflicts.
▪Training &Development - Drawing training plans, identify for training needs, preparing employees for training, forecast budget for training.
▪Employee Relations - Keeping employee relations for smooth operation in organization. Solve to problems which rose between employees.
▪Payroll Management - Coordination with Payroll department, preparing monthly timesheet and salary statement & forwarding to approval. Preparing Full &Final Statement (End of service / Gratuity).
