* Managed and resolved employee grievances and sustaining day-to-day employee relations, concerns and disputes

the arrangement of other insurances like 3rd party insurances, workmen compensation and logistics insurances
* Directed the renewals of various company approvals like trade license, establishment card, chamber of commerce,
operational fitness approvals
* Followed up on the staff visa, passport, and other IDs expiry, and steered operations for renewals
* Drove the processing of monthly payroll using Online Banking Portal, passed entries in the Accounting Systems
* Ensured compliance with legal requirements and assured the confidentiality of information at all times
* Effectuated the maintenance of all insurance policies of the company including group health insurance policy for any
additions and deletions upon staff joining and leaving
