Job Description:
• Responsible for remote troubleshooting for FTTH Customers.
• Responsible for critical issues in UNOC team.
• Provide technical support to field engineer for maintenance and new activations of FTTH orders.
• Expanding, upgrading & enhancing the Junction and Access Network (Fixed Fiber Optic Network)
• Configuration of NMS interfaces and firewalls.
• Monitor alarms and performance information on the 24x7 basis (I2000, UMS, SQM and Catci)
• Create trouble tickets for any detected problem.
• Assist the FO shift leader in producing activity report for KPI calculation.
• Extract and Analysis Network Mobily-IPTV Preventive Maintenance Report for Engineers
• Receive all technical complaints and handling them.
• Help Desk related to Mobily (Customer Care, Marketing, IT…etc.) and help to resolve any issues for them.
• Configure, Maintenance, and Troubleshoot Network and Platform Trouble Tickets.
•Prepare the Swap Report.
•Troubleshoot and Clearance of Alarms with the NOC.
•Swap 3G Equipment.
•Expansion Carrier in NodeB 3812E.
•Working knowledge of Telecom DC Power Plants.
•Support KPI monitoring before and after site launches and troubleshoot.
•Make Daily Reports using Huawei software (PRS, M2000, CME, PCHR and OMSTAR).
•Directly interface with the customer to report KPI results.
•Identification and analysis of key issues on the network in order to achieve QoS targets for 2G/3G.
•Know well the definition and formula of major KPI counters.
•Monitor alarms and performance information on the 24x7 basis (LMT, M2000) (second handler and first troubleshooter).
•Create trouble tickets for any detected problem.
•Preventive maintenance.
•Preparing and finishing any arrangements in the network including any configuration and scripts in the BSC for the new sites (Remote Installation).
•Upgrading BTS and BSC software.
• Monitor and control work activities and guiding the Maintenance Engineers for any faults in field.
•Check and certified new network elements to be commissioned in operation environment within agreed KPI.
•Assist the FO shift leader in producing activity report for KPI calculation.
• Provide internet tech support for call center, handle customer service issues.
• Coordination of field technicians in the completion of installation or activation or maintenance service.
• Assist customers in establishing DSL connections and physical setup.
• Work with an application HUAWEI-NGN (N2000).
• Provide support in a helpdesk environment for customers and internal employees.
