standards and specification as per the clients.

Prepared Spool drawings, Isometric drawings, BOM, BOQ, RFQs required
for the project.
Recieved the price quotations(Competitive Quotes) for the orders and
evaluated the schedule of comparison.
Created and managed POs for the confirmed order and liasioned with
finance team for the payments.
Optimised spare parts inventory, stock management and procurement of
materials in conjunction with the purchase team as per the project
requirements.
Performed overall quality control of the work(budget, schedule, plans,
personnel's performance) and reported regularly on the project status.
Enforced relevant safety rules at site and submitted Risk Assessment,
MOS, HSE documents to the client.
Placed orders for new supplies based on established needs and special
requirements.
Maintained Inventory stock of the supplies and spare parts and updated
the same in the ERP System.
Procured materials from the registered vendors using SAP MM Software.
Submitted Weekly Progress Reports, Repair/Replacement report to the
line manager.
Creation and Managing of PRs and POs from the registered vendors.
Maintained strong vendor connections at all stages including arranging
pricing and delivery.
Coordinated with sales department to ensure the availability of the
material in stock as per customer needs.
