PROJECTS
• Responsible for Inspection of fabrication and erection of piping and supports according to the drawings.
• Keeping the records of all the materials receiving notes and related documents.
• Erection of equipments related to media systems like media tanks, valve stands, centrifuges and accessories and alignment of pumps, motors etc.
• Pickling and flushing of pipe lines.
MAINTENANCE
• Daily inspection and trouble shooting of various hydraulic, pneumatic and
Lubrication system.
• Handling the shift keeping rhythm with operation and electrical engineers, convenient with manpower handling, attending the breakdowns.
• Making the workers conscious about safety at the work place, importance of breakdown and industrial discipline.
• Maintaining various ISO documents.
• Involvement in maintaining the spare parts in sub-store.
• Planning & effecting preventive & predictive maintenance schedules of various equipments & instruments to increase machine uptime & equipment reliability.
WORKING KNOWLEDGE
• Can read hydraulic circuit and piping drawings.
• Familiar with pipe fittings, schedule of pipes and its application.
• Involvement in pipe flushing and pickling of hydraulics lines & valve stand.
• Familiar with various hydraulic, lubrication & grease system supplied by Parker, Rexroth. Lincoln Hellious etc.
• Knowledge about Valves like pressure control, direction control, flow control with various control system.
